What Pain Does This Solve

If you've operated webhooks in production, you've likely hit some combination of these:

Events vanish during deploys. Your server restarts, the source's retry window expires, and you never know the event existed. Duerelay acknowledges every event before it touches your infrastructure and retries with full context until delivery succeeds or an incident is created.

Duplicates slip through. The source retries because it didn't see your 200 in time. Your handler processes the same charge twice. Duerelay deduplicates at the infrastructure layer so your application code doesn't carry that burden.

One bad source takes everything down. A traffic spike from one integration overwhelms your consumer and starves every other source in the queue. Duerelay isolates sources with per-source rate limiting and policy gates.
