Terms of Service
Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Duerelay website, dashboard, and APIs (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Subscription model
- The Service is offered as a subscription.
- Pricing: €49/month (unless otherwise stated on the pricing page or in a written agreement).
- Taxes (VAT) may apply depending on your location and status.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time through the billing portal (if available) or by contacting admin@duerelay.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; access may continue until the end of the current billing period.
Refund policy
Fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or explicitly agreed in writing. If you believe you were billed in error, contact admin@duerelay.com.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the Service or its security controls.
- Upload or transmit malware, or attempt unauthorized access to any systems.
- Use the Service in a way that violates third-party rights or applicable regulations.
Service availability
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Planned maintenance, third-party outages, or security events may affect availability.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Duerelay will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities.
Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount paid by you to Duerelay for the Service in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, excluding conflict of laws rules. The competent courts in the Netherlands will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
