What SLA does Duerelay Enterprise offer?
Enterprise contracts include a written uptime SLA with priority response times and named support contacts. Specific uptime targets, response-time tiers, and remedies are agreed during contracting based on event volume and operational criticality. See architecture for the underlying delivery guarantees.
Is data residency or single-tenant infrastructure available?
Yes. Enterprise customers can request EU-only data residency and dedicated single-tenant infrastructure. Routing, retention, and replication boundaries are documented in the contract and verifiable via OTEL traces and the audit trail.
Which compliance certifications and controls are available?
The Enterprise compliance package includes SSO/SCIM, immutable 365-day audit trail, deterministic integration identity, dedicated static IP, and the security controls needed for SOC 2 and GDPR programs. We share security review documentation and answer questionnaires under NDA.
How does overage work on Enterprise?
Self-serve plans bill overage at €12 per block of 25,000 additional events — see pricing for details. Enterprise overage is negotiated upfront in the contract; there are no hard blocks above the 1M base quota, and overage rates and grace thresholds are set to your forecasted volume.
Does Enterprise include the Agent Control Plane?
Yes on the AI tier. Enterprise AI (€349/mo base) includes the full Agent Control Plane: typed agent SDKs, policy gates, atomic bundles, approval workflows, and OTEL traces. Enterprise Gateway (€299/mo base) covers webhook governance only.
